Your personal data is collected and processed by Rain Lim (Lim Wei Liang), REN 69435, of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1)1584), Company No. 1113417-U, at 26th Floor, Tower D, Millerz Square, 357 Jalan Klang Lama, 58000 Kuala Lumpur.
Only what you give us through the enquiry form or WhatsApp: your salutation, name, mobile number, email address, the project you are interested in, and anything you write in your message. We also collect standard website analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
To reply to your enquiry, to send you the project information you asked for, and — only if you ask us to — to introduce you to the relevant developer's sales team so they can register your interest. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not pass it to any third party other than the developer of the project you have enquired about.
Submitting the form means you consent to being contacted by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing limweiliang1998@gmail.com or messaging 010-509 5049. We will stop contacting you and delete your details on request, subject to any records we must keep by law.
Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Write to limweiliang1998@gmail.com and we will respond within 21 days.
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them, unless you have become a client and we are required to retain records for longer.
Enquiries are stored on password-protected devices and accounts. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
